We accept credit card and debit card, payments via Sage Pay our secure payment gateway.

Cards we accept, (MasterCard / Visa / Solo / Switch).

The goods will not be dispatched until the customer's funds that have been paid to steadsonline.co.uk have cleared in full.

Order Notes

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error.

**If you place an order with steadsonline.co.uk and the item is out of stock, we may arrange for the product to be sent directly from our manufacturers/suppliers. In this circumstance we will pass your delivery address to the manufacturer/supplier who in turn will use this to arrange delivery via their chosen courier.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered by courier or Royal Mail. In order to offer free or heavily discounted delivery we have sourced the best value and most reliable operators we can and aim to get your goods to you within 5 working days. We do appreciate, however, that sometimes you will need your purchase sooner, so we do also offer a faster service for a small fee. All deliveries will need to be signed for.

All standard UK delivery is free of charge for orders over £50. A small fee is applied for express delivery (subject to us having the item in stock) and for delivery to: Scottish Highlands/Islands, Northern ireland, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles etc. Please select via the drop down box upon check out.

Any item in the sale is excluded from FREE U.K Delivery

Where goods are purchased for delivery outside the UK - it is the responsibility of the purchaser/importer to pay any locally imposed duties.

Returns/Refund Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee (terms an conditions apply).

You are entitled to cancel your order at anytime between time of order and within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Returns will not be accepted without prior agreement.

HELMETS - WE DO NOT DO RETURNS ON HELMETS DUE TO HEALTH & SAFETY REASONS

Some products need to be returned directly to our suppliers. Where products are returned directly to us without agreement we will charge £10 for onwards carriage to our suppliers.

Any items returned must be in a fully resaleable condition, including packaging and with tags still attached.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Where multiple sizes/styles are ordered for the purpose of trying on, and subsequently returned, we reserve the right to charge an admin/restocking fee of £25 per item. The same applies where packaging is damaged.

We will refund your original delivery charge (if applicable) when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

Where products are returned for a different size we charge £9 (e.g: jackets/trousers) and £4.50 (gloves) to cover the cost of return shipment to you.

Stock Clearance/Sale Items.

Due to the item being at a Clearance/Sale price, we are unable to offer returns policy for these products.

Stock Levels

We work hard to ensure we carry the most comprehensive selection of items. If you purchase an item that we do not have in stock we will contact you immediately if we feel this will adversely affect the length of time it will take us to supply the item to you.

Promotional/Free Gifts

Please note: if any purchases are subsequently returned for refund - any free gifts must be returned too, unused/unopened/resellable. Where any free gifts are not returned or returned used/opened/unsellable - their full value will be deducted from any refunded monies.
